The Dystonia UK Awards - Nominations

Nominations are now closed.

The Dystonia UK Awards are back and it's time for you to nominate those incredible individuals that you want to celebrate. We can't wait to hear about lots of the remarkable people in our dystonia community and we're excited to recognise them in true Dystonia UK style. You have until Monday 24th March to make your nominations. Below, you can submit your very own:


Dystonia Superstar

The Dystonia Superstar Award is your chance to celebrate an extraordinary individual from the dystonia community who has made a meaningful difference. Whether they have dystonia themselves or not, you have the power to decide what makes them a true Dystonia Superstar. We're excited to see lots of brilliant individuals from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.


Masked Hero

The Masked Hero Award recognises a medical professional who has had a wonderful impact on your life, from doctors and nurses, to physiotherapists and other professionals who are dedicated to helping the dystonia community. We want to celebrate those special people in the UK and Republic of Ireland whose care, attention and commitment have gone above and beyond. 


Young Champion

The Young Champion Award shines a spotlight on an individual aged 16-25 who demonstrates outstanding qualities. Whether they are living with dystonia, offering incredible support to their loved ones or have achieved something incredible, we want to recognise spectacular young people from across the UK.
