What happens at a meet up?

Expand

Every group is different, but you'll typically find:

  • Friendly faces, warm hellos and a chat over tea or coffee
  • Inspiring personal stories and practical advice
  • Occasional guest speakers: physiotherapists, neurologists, or other specialists
  • Social activities that lift spirits and strengthen friendships from garden walks to festive meals

Please note: There’s never any pressure to speak- you’re welcome to just listen and soak it all in.
