About the group

Formerly known as 'East Hampshire', the group renamed to better reflect its reach.

This group started in 2004. The group meets on Saturdays in a church hall in Wickham (North of Fareham). It is a comfortable, small, light and welcoming venue. The cost of hall hire and refreshments is covered by members who attend making a small contribution.

Members are notified about events by mail by the group volunteer coordinator. Usually there is a speaker for about 45 minutes, followed by informal conversation which offers support and encouragement.

The group has a number of regular members and usually has between 10 and 16 people that attend the meetings. Everyone is encouraged to help with refreshments and arranging seating.

Join our Dystonia UK Hampshire Group for their next meet up on Saturday 25th July from 2-4pm. They'll be meeting at St Nicholas Church Hall, Southwick Road, Wickham, Fareham, PO17 6HP.
